associated with our customer SMS and MMS text messaging. This policy applies to service
communications and the information you provide when requesting or receiving handyman services by
text.

content, timestamps, and delivery information.

constitute consent to recurring texts. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services.

This messaging program does not include promotional campaigns.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after
which we will stop sending texts unless you provide new consent. Reply HELP for assistance. You can
also contact us through the contact options on our website at https://jenchandyman.com. Opting out of
texts does not cancel a scheduled service.
Information sharing and mobile data protection
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information or mobile numbers with third
parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information needed to
perform services to providers that support scheduling, communications, payment processing, or other
essential operations. This operational sharing excludes mobile opt-in data and SMS consent records.
We do not share your mobile opt-in or SMS consent with anyone. We may disclose other information
when legally required.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to those who need
information for their work. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We retain
information only as needed for service delivery, business records, consent documentation, opt-out
enforcement, and legal obligations. Opting out stops messages but does not automatically erase
records needed for these purposes.
